超声聚焦技术应用于变应性鼻炎治疗的疗效分析

The curative effect analysis of Allergic rhinitis treated with high intensity focused ultrasound

目的：探讨超声聚焦技术治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效及护理特点。方法：收集2005年－2010年364例在门诊使用高强度超声聚焦治疗的变应性鼻炎的临床资料，归纳分析其临床特点、疗效及护理体会。结果：大部分患者为长期经药物治疗效果不佳者，HIFU刀治疗后，随访一年。患者鼻塞、流涕症状明显改善，喷嚏、鼻痒好转，无鼻腔粘连、嗅觉减退等并发症发生。结论：高强度超声聚焦治疗变应性鼻炎，疗效好、副作用少。

Objective： To study the therapeutic effect and nursing characteristics of Allergic rhinitis treated with high intensity focused ultrasound （HIFU）. Methods：The clinical data of 364 patients with Allergic rhinitis with HIFU ambulatory treatment between 2005 and 2010 was collected, and the clinical feature, therapeutic effect and nursing experience was summarized and analyzed. Results：The most patients,without good effect to long - term drug therapy,were treated by HIFU, then were followed up for one year. The stuffy nose and snivel symptom was improved significantly, and the sneezing and nasal itching symptom was relieved, without severe complications, such as nasal adhesion and hyposmia. Conclusion：The HIFU has good curative effect to AUcrgie rhinitis With few side effects.
