珠海市西部地区托幼机构消毒质量监测

Monitoring of the disinfection quality in nurseries and kindergartens of western rural districts of Zhuhai city

目的:掌握珠海市西部农村地区托幼机构的消毒卫生质量,促进托幼机构消毒管理工作日常化和规范化,预防和控制传染病的发生和流行,保障儿童身体健康。方法:按照《消毒管理办法》、《消毒技术规范》和《广东省医疗机构、托幼机构消毒质量监测技术方案(试行)》的要求,对托幼人数大于或等于200人的23家托幼机构进行空气菌落总数、物体表面、工作人员手、玩具、餐厨具和紫外线灯监测。结果:空气菌落总数、物体表面、工作人员手、玩具、餐厨具和紫外线灯合格率分别为98.5%、88.5%、57.6%、83.2%、86.1%、42.9%。结论:珠海市西部地区托幼机构消毒质量总体不理想。应增强托幼机构从业人员卫生知识和法律法规培训,进一步提高工作人员卫生防病意识。

Objective：To learn the disinfection hygiene quality of nursery instituatians in western rural districts of Zhuhai city, and to promote the nursery institution disinfection management and make it into a standardize and routine work, finally to prevent and control the epidemic of infectious disease and guarantee the physical health of children. Methods：According to the requirement of ＂disinfection management method disinfection technology standardization＂ and ＂disinfection quality surveillance technology plans for medical institution and nursery institution in guangdong province＂ ,we carried out the surveillance work among 23 kindergantens which have more than 200 children in each, and the surveillance contents including bacterium group in air, microbe on object surface, microbe on toys and so on. Results：The surveillance results shows that the qualified rate of bacterium group in air,object surface,hands of works,toys,cook tools and ultra - violet light are 98.5% ,88.5% ,57. 6% ,83.2% ,86.1% and 42.9%, respectively. Conclusion：The overall quality of disinfection hygiene among nursery instituations in western rural districts of Zhuhai city in poor, so we should strenghten hygiene knowledge and hygiene law trairming among nursery workers and boost their disease control and prevention senses in the future.
