老年人血清胆红素、血脂与冠心病的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:对冠心病发病和患者的血脂、血清胆红素数值的相关性进行探讨。方法:回顾性分析我院130例患者,把所有患者分为冠心病组(CHD)76例和非冠心病对照组54例。并对两组患者的高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯、胆固醇、血清Bil浓度进行检测比较。结果:冠心病组和对照组进行比较,差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0·05)。结果表明血清胆红素浓度如果越低则患者的冠心病发病率就越高。结论:血清胆红素浓度可以成为冠心病发病的一种危险因素,给临床治疗提供依据。
