X线透视下引导胸椎椎弓根螺钉安全植入分析

摘要 目的:X线透视下引导胸椎椎弓根螺钉植入安全性与准确性。方法:回顾性分析12例椎弓根螺钉植入固定术患者植入螺钉30枚的临床资料。结果:本组共植入螺钉30枚,其中显效21枚,有效6枚,无效3枚,需要重新调整位置,有效准确率为90.0%。同时全部螺钉术后半年内未出现并发症。结论:X线透视下引导充分体现了个体化原则,不仅准确可靠,而且对椎弓根螺钉的准确植入有指导意义,具有重要的临床实用价值。
