儿科学临床教学查房中的问题及对策应用

教学查房是临床专业教师必须掌握的实际工作之一。本文从儿科临床教学查房中发现的实习医师的不同层次和心态、医患沟通困难等问题出发进行分析,并应用以人为本的教学理念,发挥每位学生的积极性,采用正规教学查房与"基于问题的学习"(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)教学方法,加强素质教育,针对每位学生的实际情况做到因材施教,着重提高实习生的临床思维能力和基本技能。

Medical Teaching Rounds is the important work which all the clinical teacher must master in the daily work. The aim of this thesis is to improve the clinical idea and basic technique in the internships from finding the problems such as different levels, mind set and difficulty in physician- patient communication. Using the concept of the people oriented, unleashing the enthusiasm fully. Using standard teaching rounds and the way of ＂problem - based learning＂ to strengthen the education for all round development in internships.
