摘要
检验医学飞速发展,使得临床实验室的检测手段也逐渐高科技化,仪器设备等均趋于自动、半自动化,而使用的试验试剂操作起来也更加简便、快速。但是多数检验质量控制都比较注重分析过程中以及分析后,对于检验分析前的质量问题都比较忽视,致使经常会出现一些检验结果与病人的临床症状不相符的现象。针对这种情况,笔者进行了问题分析和预防对策的探讨。
The testing medical rapid development,makes the clinical laboratory testing means also gradually high tech,instrument equipment and automatic, semi - automatic all tend to use test reagents, and operating rise also more convenient, quick. But most inspection quality control are focus on analyzing process and analysis, for inspection analysis before the quality problem are ignored, which often appear some test results with the patient＇s clinical symptoms scienologist phenomenon. In view of this situation, the author analyses the problems and countermeasures of the discussion.
