针对太钢２＃ 、３＃ 转炉共用一套二次除尘的特点， 结合１＃ 转炉二次除尘改造成功的经验， 从原始烟气量的确定、除尘器选型、除尘系统的布置及自动控制方面提出建议， 旨在进一步提高二次除尘的效果。并从节能降耗方面综合考虑一次性投资及性能， 对二次除尘风机的调速方式作对比， 分析变频调速和液力偶合器调速的适用条件， 既提出目前情况下使用液力偶合器调速的适用性， 也为今后资金充足的条件下， 通过对操作人员素质的提高， 大胆选用变频调速器， 摆脱传统思想的束缚提供了依据。

According to the characteristic which 2 #and 3 # converter use together a series of dust removing system, and incorporating successful experiences of 1 #converter,this paper gives a few of advices on determination of original flue gas volume, choice of dust remover type,layout of dust removing system and automatic control in order to further increase effect of secondary dust removal Taking nonrecurring investment and nature in account, this paper compares fan speed adjustment manners,and analyzes the suitable conditions of frequency control and hydraulic coupler control It holds up the applicability of hydraulic coupler control at present, as well as gives foundation for using frequency control of motor speed from now on
