金嗓散结丸和柑桔冰梅片联合治疗声带小结疗效观察

目的:探讨金嗓散结丸和柑桔冰梅片联合治疗声带小结的疗效。方法:将136例声带小结患者随机分为3组,A组:43例口服金嗓散结丸;B组:45例口服柑桔冰梅片;C组:48例口服金嗓散结丸的同时口服柑桔冰梅片。结果:A组总有效率76.74%(33/45),B组总有效率73.33%(33/45),C组总有效率93.75%(45/48)。结论:金嗓散结丸和柑桔冰梅片治疗声带小结均有较好的疗效,但二者并用,相辅相承,疗效更佳,且安全,方便,无不良反应,值得临床推广使用。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects of a combined therapy with ganjubingrneipian and Jingsangsanjie Pills on Vocal nodules. Methods ：136 casea with Vocal nodules were randomly divided into 3 groups, and 43 cases of group A with Jingsangsanjie Pills orally taken, and 45 cases of group B with ganjubingmeipian orally taken,and 48 cases of group C with Jingsangsanjie Pills combined with ganjubingmeipian. Results：The total effective of group A is 76.74% and group B 73. 33% and 93.75 %. Conclusion： A combined therapy with ganjubingmeipian and Jingsangsanjie Pills on Vocal nodules is a better therapeutic method than ganjubittgrneiplan or Jingsangsanjie Pills on Vocal nodules separately,and it is deserved to be clinical practiced.
