目的:观察丹参多酚酸盐介入治疗突发性耳聋伴眩晕病人的效果。方法:收集48例突发性耳聋病人,采取介入治疗的方法将丹参多酚酸盐注入迷路动脉直接作用于迷路及耳蜗并观察病人的变化。结果:48例病人均取得了良好的效果,且眩晕症状均得到缓解。结论:介入治疗伴随眩晕的突发性耳聋方法迅速、直接,极大的缓解了病人的痛苦。

Objective： Salvianolate in the treatment of sudden deafness with vertigo effect. Method： Collected 48 cases of sudden deafness patients taking intervention method of Salvianolate directly into the labyrinthine artery and observed in the labyrinth and the cochlear changes in patients. Result：48 patients have achieved good results, and the.vertigo symptoms were resolved. Condusion：Interventional treatment of sudden deafness with vertigo method is quick, direct, greatly easing the suffering of the patients.
