微囊包被的胰腺组织微块移植对小鼠糖尿病预防作用的研究

摘要 目的:探讨胰腺组织微块移植对小鼠糖尿病的预防作用。方法:实验组正常小鼠腹腔注射海藻酸钠微囊包被的胰腺组织微块后,再注射链脲佐菌素溶液诱导糖尿病发生;对照组正常小鼠腹腔直接注射链脲佐菌素溶液诱导糖尿病发生。比较糖尿病发生所需时间长短。结果:实验组小鼠平均8天发病,对照组小鼠平均4天发病,实验组发病所需时间长于对照组。结论:海藻酸钠微囊包被的胰腺组织微块移植可有效预防糖尿病的发生。 Objective :To discuss the prevention of mieroencapuled pancreas transplanting to diabetes mellitus mouse. Methods: Streptozotocin were injected into abdominal cavity of normal mouse in experiment group after injection of sodium alginate microencapsuled pancreas of normal KM mouse to induce diabetes. Streptozotocin were injected directly into abdominal cavity of normal mouse in control group to induce diabetes. Then compare the time needed to develop diabetes. Results: Mouse in experiment group need 4 days to develop diabetes and mouse in control group need 8 days. Conclusion:Microencapuled pancreas transplantion can prevent mouse diabetes.
