大孔树脂纯化多舌飞蓬中灯盏花素的工艺研究

摘要 目的:考察大孔树脂对植物药多舌飞蓬Erigeronmultiradiatus中灯盏甲素(apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide)和灯盏乙素(scutellarin)的吸附条件。方法:以灯盏甲素标准品和灯盏乙素标准品为对照,采用ODS柱,甲醇-水-磷酸(38:62:0.8)为流动相。流速1.0mL/min,检测波长335nm,柱温35℃,测定不同条件吸附残液中灯盏甲素和灯盏乙素的含量。结果与结论:鉴于灯盏花素在临床上广泛地应用,本实验意在研究大孔树脂对多舌飞蓬中灯盏甲素和灯盏乙素吸附的最佳参量,为今后更好地提取和利用多舌飞蓬中灯盏甲素和灯盏乙素,并可为使用大孔树脂提取其他有效成分时提供参考。 [ Abstract ] Objective: Investigation the macroporous resin on apigenin - 7 - O - β - D - glucuronide and scutellarin of Erigeren multiradiatus in the absorption of the conditions. Methods:To take and scutollarin as reference;The sample was separated on an ODS- 18 column,The mobile phase was methanol- water- Phosphoric acid (38:62:0.8). The flow rate was 1.0mL/min. The determination wavelength was 335 nm and the temperature was at 35℃. Residuing of different conditions in the absorption of apigenin and scutellarln. Results and Conclusion:Since apigen is widely used in clinic,this particular experiment is devoted in researching the best parameiers which the macroporous resin adsorbs apigen and scutellarin from the Erigeron multiradiatns. So we can distill and make better use of apigen and scutollarin in the erigeron multiradiatus, and get more references when we try to use the macroporous resin to distill other potent from other materials.
