摘要
建立了摆动从动件六圆弧盘形凸轮机构从动件运动规律及压力角的表达式。以圆弧半径为设计变量,以推程时从动件冲击最小及机构最紧凑为优化目标,进行了尖底及滚子接触摆动从动件六圆弧盘形凸轮机构的优化设计,解决了机械设计中采用摆动从动件六圆弧盘形凸轮机构时,几何参数如何正确选择的问题。
It establishes the function of movement and pressure angle about the disk cam mechanism of 6-arcs with oscillating followers. The optimal design can be obtained according to the variable arc, the minimum structure and striking in the pushing phase. It is useful for this mechanism to determinate geometry parameters.
