研制一种新型手握通用磨具———砂盘，其具有使用方便、磨削加工对象多样等特点。在制造工艺研究中，选择钎焊制造工艺，通过测量剪切强度得出合适的工艺参数，并将在此工艺参数下得到的实验样品对石材进行磨削实验，结果达到预期的效果，研制工艺可行。

It illustrates a new type of general handle tool—grindingplate, that is characterized by its convince and multi-manufacturing-object. The manufacturing technique uses brazing. It also measures the shearing strength. Taking experiment as the sample,it obtains the anticipated effect. The result shows this technique is feasible.
