摘要
采用变动焊条药皮中某一组份的单因子试验研究方法,探讨了具有TiO2 - SiO2 - FeO 渣系的高效钛型铁粉专用焊条药皮中纤维素、锰铁、大理石及铁粉几种组份的焊接冶金行为对焊条熔化速度、焊接效率、脱渣性及焊缝成形等的影响,为新型高效铁粉焊条的优化设计探讨一些内在规律。
Based on the experiment with various composition the paper explores the effect of welding metallurgical reaction of several materials on electrode melting velocity, welding efficiency, removability of slag and forming. These material includes cellulose, marble, manganese iron and iron powder etc. It is helpful to optimization of new type of high efficient iron powder electrode.
