不同菌根菌对栓皮栎苗木光合及蒸腾特性的影响 被引量:9

Effect of Different Ectomycorrhizal Fungi on Photosynthesis and Transpiration Characteristics of Quercus variabilis Seedlings

摘要 对当年生栓皮栎苗木进行3种外生菌根真菌的单一和混合接种,选择形成良好外生菌根的苗木测定其净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和水分利用效率(WUE)的变化。结果表明:菌根化的栓皮栎苗木与对照相比净光合速率显著提高,蒸腾速率明显下降,水分利用效率较大改善;绵毛丝膜菌(Cortinarius sublanatus)和美味牛肝菌(Boletus edeulis)的单一接种处理对当年生栓皮栎苗木的光合作用促进效果(增幅为29.6%和39.2%)和对蒸腾作用的抑制效果(降幅为34.3%和32.8%)最明显,水分利用效率提高幅度(增幅为103.0%和97.9%)最大;其单一接种效果好于2种或3种外生菌根真菌的混合接种。 Experiments were conducted on effect of inoculation of three ectomycorrhizal fungi on photosynthesis,transpiration and water use efficiency characteristics of current year Quercus variabilis seedlings.The results showed that mycorrhizal seedlings had evident higher net photosynthetic rate,lower transpiration rate and improved water use efficiency than control.Inoculation of single Cortinarius sublanatus and Boletus eduis in Q.variabilis seedlings had the most significant effect on promoting photosynthesis rate(29.6% and 39.2%),decreasing transpiration rate(34.3% and 32.8%),and improving water use efficiency(103.0% and 97.9%).Effect of single inoculation was better than mixed inoculation.
