摘要
我国现有的犯罪构成体系在出罪以及保护犯罪人权利方面存在缺陷。要弥补现有犯罪构成体系出罪的不足,并且能够包含其他各项出罪、入罪要素,以完善犯罪构成体系。
The system of the existing criminal construction has flaws in no criminal behavior and in the protection of criminal rights.We should compensate the flaws in the system of criminal construction and include all the elements in no criminal behavior and criminal behavior so as to perfect criminal component system.
