河南省排球人才培养机制研究

On the Training Mechanism of Volleyball Players in Henan Province

本文采用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计和逻辑分析等研究方法,对河南省排球人才队伍基本现状进行调查分析发现,排球运动规模缩小、人才梯队脱节、社会关注少等问题影响或制约着河南省排球运动的发展。河南建立行完善人才培养机制是河南省各级排球运动队健康、良好地发展有力保障。

This paper, using the methods of literature review, survey, logic analysis and mathematical statistics, investigates and analyzes the current situation of the population of volleyball players in Henan Province. It finds that problems like the limited scale of the game, the lack of young participants, and inadequate social attention affect or lim- it the development of volleyball in Henan Province. The paper puts forth some relevant suggestions and measures, in hope of offering some reference and help to the health development of volleyball teams in Henan province.
