摘要
目的探讨哮喘控制测试(ACT)量表在煤矿工人支气管哮喘临床中应用的可行性。方法患者均系煤矿工人,以符合中华医学会呼吸病学分会哮喘学组制订支气管哮喘防治指南中诊断标准为入选条件,并排除煤工尘肺、矽肺。之后按全球哮喘防治创议治疗规范治疗,于治疗前和治疗后3个月分别测定FEV1%pred和PEF%pred,并同时填写ACT量表。并以FEV1%pred数据分组进行统计学处理。结果 ACT和FEV1%pred、PEF%pred具有良好的趋同性和一致性(P<0.05),具有明显相关性。结论 ACT完全可在煤矿工人支气管哮喘临床中应用,尤其在矿区基层无肺功能测定设备的医院,ACT不失为一种可信度高的支气管哮喘评价工具。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of asthma control test meter in pediatric clinical work.Methods 120 patients with bronchial asthma were measured FEV1%pred and PEF%pred in the early stage,in 3 months when cured conventionally according to GINA,and the data were collected to fill the asthma control test meter simultaneously.The convergence and consistency of Coal miner asthma control test with FEV1%pred and PEF%pred were compared.The correlation and reliability were analyzed.Results There were good convergence and consistency of asthma control test with FEV1%pred and PEF%pred(P0.05).Conclusions Asthma control test meter can be applied in pediatric clinical work of Coal miner completely.It can also be used together with pulmonary function monitor or beused in basic medical instituation alone to evaluate bronchial asthma status.ACT is a good choice with high reliability for evaluating the situation of bronchial asthma control.
