摘要
微格教学是国外师范教育普遍采用的一种现代化的培训教师课堂教学技能的有效方法,被引入我国后在很多师范院校得以广泛运用。微格教学模式具有班级人数少、上课时间短、教学内容短小、心理负担微小等特征,以及在中介性、操作性、重要性等方面有突出优势。但在具体的教师技能训练过程中,还应协调好教师主导作用与学生主体作用之间,教师组织评价与学生组织评价之间等方面的关系。
Micro-teaching is widely used abroad as an effective way of teacher education training in modern teaching skills of classroom,and it has been introduced into Normal Universities of China widely.This article discusses the advantages and features of the micro-teaching and traditional training model of teachers,compared to the traditional training modles,as well as the problems that should be paid attention to.
