摘要
以往组织公民行为的研究多是关注它的积极影响,对其负面效应关注较少。组织公民行为在促进组织有效运行的同时,也对组织以及员工产生了一些消极影响。这些消极影响包括:员工的组织公民行为可能出于工具性动机;过多的组织公民行为可能会使员工付出更多的代价,诸如导致员工角色内行为模糊,影响员工的幸福感。
Previous studies have emphasized the positive influence of organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) while have overlooked the potentially negative aspects of such behaviors.The OCB,on one hand,promotes the effective operation of the organization,and on the other hand,exerts some negative influences on the organizations and their personnel.Initially,this article reviews the concept and dimensions of the OCB and introduces the contemporary studies on the OCB.Then the article explores the negative aspects of OCB from the instrumental motives and personal costs.Finally the article points out the trend of future research.
