初中生时间管理倾向与成就动机的相关研究

Research on the Relationship between Time Management Disposition and Achievement Motivation of Middle School Students

采用青少年时间管理倾向量表和成就动机量表对280名初中生进行测试,探讨初中生时间管理倾向与其成就动机的关系。研究结果表明（：1）初中生时间管理倾向各维度与其追求成功动机成显著正相关,与避免失败动机成显著负相关（时间价值感除外）;（2）高时间管理者追求成就动机的水平显著高于低时间管理者;（3）公立学校和私立学校的学生在时间管理倾向与成就动机上无差异;（4）时间管理倾向各维度对追求成功的动机有直接的预测作用,时间价值感和时间效能感对避免失败动机也有一定的预测作用。

The investigation was designed to explore the relationship between Time Management Disposition（TMD） and Achievement Motivation（AM） of middle school students.A total of 280 middle school students were investigated by Time Management Disposition Scale and Achievement Motivation Scale.The results showed that：（1） Middle school students＇TMD had significantly positive correlation to their motivation success,negative correlation to their motivation failure（except the sense of time value）;（2） The level of higher-time managers to pursue Achievement Motivation was significantly higher than that of low-time managers;（3） There were no differences in the Time Management Disposition and Achievement Motivation between public school students and private school students.（4）All dimensions of Time Management Disposition had significant predictability on motivation to pursuit success,the sense of time value and the sense of efficiency had some predictive effect to avoid failure.
