卡介苗多糖核酸对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期免疫功能的调节研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨卡介苗多糖核酸对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)稳定期患者免疫功能的调节作用。方法将100例COPD稳定期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组50例,除常规治疗外加用卡介苗多糖核酸注射液0.7mg肌肉注射,隔日1次,共15次。对照组50例接受常规治疗。两组患者均观察3月,每月2次门诊随访,对其咳嗽、咯痰、气紧等症状进行临床评价,判断有无呼吸道感染情况并进行登记,同时于治疗前后检查血清IgA、IgG、IgM、CD3+、CD4+、CD8+水平和CD4+/CD8+比值。结果治疗组患者血IgA、CD4+及CD4+/CD8+比值明显升高,CD8+明显降低,呼吸道感染的人次和天数明显低于对照组。结论卡介苗多糖核酸注射液能通过提高COPD患者细胞免疫功能,预防COPD发生呼吸道感染,是一种具有良好疗效的免疫调节剂。 Objective To study the BCG-PSN on immune function in patients with COPD regulatory role. Methods 100 patients with stable COPD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group of 50 patients, in addition to conventional therapy plus the use of BCG-PSN O. 7mg intramuscular injection,once every other day, a total of 15 times. Control group of 50 patients received conventional therapy. All patients were observed in March, out-patient follow-up 2 times a month, their cough, expectoration, symptoms such as gas tight clinical evaluation to determine whether the registration of respiratory tract infections also checked before and after treatment of serum IgA, IgG, IgM, CD3 , CD4 , CD8+ levels and CD4/ CDs ratio. Results The treatment group blood IgA, CD4 and CD4+/ CD8+ were significantly higher, CDs significantly lower respiratory tract infection visits and the number of days was lower than the control group. Conclusion BCG-PSN injection COPD patients by improving immune function, prevention of COPD respiratory tract infections, was a good therapeutic immunomodulator.
