摘要
以导模法(EFG)生长α-Al2O3 单晶体为例, 提出了一种高熔点、半透明晶体生长时轴向温度分布的辐射-传导复合传热模型。通过实验研究给出了α-Al2O3 单晶体轴向温度分布的测试方法。研究结果表明理论计算和实验测量的轴向温度分布基本吻合。上述方法对类似晶体生长时温度场的研究也有一定的借鉴作用。
A model of the radiate conductive compound heat transfer in the higher melting point and Semi transparent single crystal based on α Al 2O 3 crystal grains by the EFG was developed. A testing and measuring method for axial temperature distribution of the α Al 2O 3 single crystal grains is suggested through experiments. The research results indicate that theoretical calculation is found to be basically in agrement with axial temperature distribution measured by experimental method. Accordingly, the above method can be used as the reference to study the temperature field of single crystals in their growth.
