慢性肺源性心脏病并心律失常144例临床诊治分析

Clinical diagnosis analysis of chronic pulmonary heart disease combined arrhythmia in 144 cases

目的了解慢性肺源性心脏病(chronic pulmonary heart disease,CPHD)心律失常临床诊治情况。方法选取我院于2006年5月至2010年4月收治的144例慢性肺源性心脏病患者,其中男108例,女36例,年龄60～90岁,对住院患者进行常规心电图和动态心电图检查,分析心律失常发生的情况。结果观察了144例慢性肺源性心脏病患者,其中并发心律失常134例(93.0%),常规心电图发现心律失常72例,动态心电图检查发现心律失常134例,分别为50%和93.0%有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论慢性肺源性心脏病并心律失常发生率高,但常规心电图检查容易漏检,动态心电图检查阳性率大。

Objective To comprehend the clinical treatment condition of arrhythmia in chronic pulmonary heart disease （CPHD）. Methods 144 CPHD patients in our hospital from May. 2006 to Apr. 2010 were selected, including mole（108） and female（36） , age from 60 to 90. They were tested with ECG and Hoher to analyze their condition of arrhythmia. Results Observe the 144 cases, including 134 cases of combined arrhythmia （93.0%） , 72 cases were diagnosed with ECG and 134 cases were diagnosed with Hoher, whose rates were 50% and 93. 0 % respectively with distinct significance（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The rate of combined CPHD with arrhythmia was very high, but the ECG was not very accurate as Holter was.
