摘要
本文提出了一种测试多种因素引起的系统误差的新方法。建立了模拟和数字混合电路的系统误差的数学模型,给出了相应的数据处理方法。数据处理考虑了试验点选择和模糊群消除等问题。本文还给出了两个实用和具有复杂模型的应用实例。
A new method for testing systematic errors caused by multifactors is presented in this paper. A mathematic model of systematic error for mixed mode circuits is built up. A data processing method in which the selection of test points and the elimination of ambiguity groups are included is proposed. Two practical examples with complex mathematic models are also given.
