"低碳"越来越得到全球的注视,哥本哈根会议为世界城市的节能减排,提供了一个方向。历史文化名城作为城镇的一种类型,也应当将节能减排工作放置在重要的位置。在新形势下重新审视对历史文化名城的保护态度,探讨在节能减排的基础上对历史文化名城进行保护的原则、要求和策略。

More and more attention has been paid to ＂Low Carbon＂ around the world.Copenhagen Climate Conference in 2009 has pointed out the way of energy saving and emission reduction for cities around the world.Therefore,ancient cities should attach greater importance to energy saving and emission reduction.This paper is to reexamine the attitudes towards ancient cities＇ protection and discuss the principles,requirements and strategies of ancient cities＇ protection based on energy saving and emission reduction.
