历史文化名村名镇的保护区划

Protection Divisions in Ancient Towns and Villages

基于对现行法律法规、技术规范、乡土历史聚落保护规划的历史以及个人实践经验等方面的分析,探讨了历史文化名村名镇的保护区划,提出了一个涵盖文物保护单位保护区划的由文物保护范围——核心保护区——建设控制区——风貌协调区四级区划组成的保护区划体系。

Based on the analysis of the existing laws and regulations,technical specifications,the history of ancient towns＇ protection planning and related personal experience,this paper probes into the protection divisions of ancient towns and villages,and put forward a system of cultural heritage＇s protection divisions including cultural property protection area,key protection area,construction control area and landscape coordination area.
