对历史文化名城名镇名村保护的思考

Consideration on the Protection of Historical and Cultural Cities,Towns and Villages

本文主要是回顾国务院《历史文化名城名镇名村保护条例》颁布实施一年多来,各地历史文化名城名镇名村保护工作取得的经验,并针对地方保护工作中存在的主要问题,明确下一步的工作思路和措施。

This paper mainly reviews on the experience obtained by various places in the protection of historical and cultural cities, towns and villages after more than one year since the implementation of the Regulations for the Protection of Historical and Cultural Cities, Towns and Villages issued by the State Council. Aiming at the main problems existing in local protection work, the working thought and measures in the next steps are made clear.
