Economic Functions and Development Trends of Trade Associations in Central Cities-with Nanjing as an Example

商会经济是当前中国城市经济发展的一个新现象,是城市经济发展中一个不可或缺的增长点。本文以南京为例,回顾了南京商会的发展历程,深入思考了培育商会经济所需的城市"土壤",并展望了商会经济对南京经济新一轮转型发展的助推作用,进而打造出商会经济发展的"南京模式"。

Trade association economy is a new phenomenon in the present economic development of China. It＇ s an indispensable growth point in urban economic development. With Nanjing as an example, this paper reviews on the development procedure of Nanjing trade associations, gives deep consideration to the urban ＂soil＂ necessary for cultivating trade association economy, forecast the promotion effect of trade association economy to the new round of economic transformation of Nanjing and forge the ＂Nanjing Model＂ in trade association economic development.
