澳门望德堂规划研究是源自1999年为欧洲研究学会举行的"创意产业与发展"国际研讨会。检视澳门望德堂创意产业园的规划及实践的十年,展示了城市规划如何与创意产业、文物保育及再利用,以及在实践中,政府、团体、专业人士及居民各方的投入和参与,对规划案的发展带来的巨大影响力。

Research on the planning of Lazaro originates from the international seminar of ＂Innovation Industries and Development＂ held by the Institute of European Studies in 1999. The planning suggestion then was purely for arising people＇ s awareness to the importance of promoting cultural innovation industry and progressing the reconstruction of the old urban area. Fortunately, after the article was published, it caught the attention of relevant officials and formal planning was carried out. This article goes through the planning and practice of Macao Lazaro Innovation Industrial Park in the past ten years. The process demonstrates how urban planning could integrate with innovation industry, cultural relics protection and reutilization, therefore generate vigorous local culture and how the government, associations, professionals and residents could partake in practice. It＇s an important article integrating the force of the government, education and research institutes so as to promote the development of planning.
