论城建档案馆在保护城市历史文化中的角色定位

On Role Definition of Urban Cons truction Archives in Protection of City History and Culture

城市是历史文化的象征,又是文化过程的产物,带有明显的地域文化特征。在建设现代化城市的同时,应当保留每个时代的历史痕迹,保持历史的连续性,保留城市的记忆。城建档案管理部门在城市建设的参与过程中应当明确自己的角色定位,不仅成为保护城市历史文化的保存者,而且应当是研究者、历史文化修复的建言者。要把城建档案管理部门打造成反映城市历史文化的"博物馆"。

Cities imply cultural and tustorlcal characteristics of different places,and they differ significantly from one to another. In constructing an urban city, we should keep the historical relics and memories of the city. City archive management department should understand its role clearly in city construction and development. They are not only the archive savers, but also researchers in the cultural relic＇ s restoration. The city archive department shall strive to make itself the museum of the city＇ s cultural history.
