选取45个中国大城市作为分析对象,利用42个指标构建4大指标体系,即综合经济、生产服务、基础设施和生活环境,对城市总部区位环境进行评价。①上海、北京位居第1级,成为中国城市总部区位环境最为优越的城市。②深圳、广州属于第2等级,区位环境相对优越。③天津、重庆、杭州、苏州、南京等15个城市处于第3等级。④以济南、福州等为代表的13个省会城市及东中部地级市,稍次于上一个等级。⑤其他的省会城市及地级市属于第5等级。

Selects 45 Chinese cities as the analysis object, and uses 42 indicators to build indicator-system, including urban comprehensive economy, producer services, urban infrastructure and living environment so as to assess urban environment of headquarters location. Beijing and Shanghai are the most attractive advantage to concentration of large corporate headquarters.Shenzhen and Guangzhou are in the second position, and the headquarters location conditions are significantly higher than other provincial capital cities. Tianjin, Chongqing, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Nanjing have the location advantages to gather the regional corporate headquarters.While other provincial capital cities are a bit weak, especially a small number of capital cities in the western edge are not suitable for ＂Headquarters Economy＂ as the direction of urban development.
