文化多样性视野下世界遗产与历史城市的省思

On thoughts of World Heritage And Historic Cities Under the Perspective of Cultural Diyersity

从联合国教科文组织最主要的三个国际文化公约,来思考世界遗产与文化多样性的关系;继而在吸收、借鉴联合国教科文组织文化政策的基础上,侧重介绍联合国教科文组织推动下的世界遗产保存国际合作计划,以及欧亚重要历史文化名城——法国巴黎和中国曲阜的自发性可持续发展实践,通过遗产保存、传统街区保护与都市适度更新的多类型案例,思考城市文化多样性的保存与城市发展和谐性的关联。

Through the three most important international culture conventions of UNESCO to reflect on the relationship between cultural diversity, world heritage and historic city. Also based on the reflexion of the cultural policy instruments, to introduce briefly the UNESCO International Cultural Heritage Safeguarding Campaigns, following by the historical preservation and development cases studies of Paris （France） and Confucius city Qufu （China）. The objectives of this article is to promote UNESCO three international culture conventions and to think about the relationship between protection, promotion of the cultural diversity and culture for urban development.
