在考查安徽社会保障制度运行现状的基础上,深入分析其在制度建设和运行过程中存在的问题,就如何完善社会保障制度的建设提供一些主要思路:构建多层次的社会保障制度体系,促进城乡保障一体化和充实社会保障的物质基础。

This paper investigates the present situation of the implementation of Anhui＇s social security system, based on which it deeply analyzes the problems in its system construction and implementation and advances some ideas for the improvement of the social security system as follows： constructing a multi-level social security system, promoteing urban-rural integration in terms of social security and consolidatinz the material basis for social security.
