农业现代化是农业生产力、农业生产关系和农业上层建筑"三位一体"的现代化体系。根据安徽自然条件的特点,安徽特色的农业现代化应是:安徽的平原和圩区,可实行区域化种植和运用现代化手段生产的农场化模式;安徽的丘陵地区可实行精细化生产模式;安徽的山区,可实行生态林加经济林加旅游的发展模式;安徽的水域,可实行养殖业加旅游业的发展模式。

Agricultural modernization is a integrated system of the modernization of productive forcec, production relations and superstructure in agriculture. According to the features of Anhui＇s natural conditions, Anhui＇s agricultural modernization with its own features should be as follows： adopting regional planting and farms managed with modern production process in Anhui＇s plain and polder areas; adopting refined production mode in hilly areas; adopting the developing mode of the combination of ecological forest, economic forest and tourism in mountain areas; adopting the developing mode of breeding industry plus tourism in water areas.
