On Bankruptcy: Enterprises' Death for Life

应当把国有企业规范破产作为现代企业制度的重要内容,法律不能只管企业的生,不管企业的死,而生死都是企业发展不可避免的客观现象。过去对国有企业破产关注不够、研究不多,社会主义市场经济需要企业家来正确面对:既要认真落实《公司法》,又要认真落实《破产法》。

Standardizing state-owned enterprises＇ bankruptcy should be included in the modem enterprise system as an important content. The law should care about the life as well as death of enterprises because life and death are both inevitable objective phenomena in the development of enterprises. In the past we didn＇t pay enough attention to the bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises, and now the entrepreneurs should face it correctly under the socialistic market economy. They should observe the Company Law as well as the Bankruptcy Law strictly.
