优化安徽省高职院校师资队伍结构的思考

Thought on Optimizing the Faculty Structure in Anhui's Higher Vocational Colleges

高职教育的迅猛发展推进了我国高等教育大众化的进程,但是师资队伍建设中结构性矛盾已经到了拘囿高职教育发展的地步。针对安徽省高职院校师资队伍结构的现状,结合安徽社会、经济发展的趋势,提出了优化高职院校师资队伍结构的目标及实施途径。

The rapid development of higher vocational education has promoted the popularization of China＇s higher education. However, the structural contradiction in the faculty construction is confining the development of higher vocational education badly. In light of the present situation of the faculty structure in Anhui＇s higher vocational colleges and combining it with the developing tendency of Anhui＇s society and economy, the author advances the goal to optimize the faculty structure in higher vocational colleges and the way to realize it.
