Change of North Taiwan Historical Streets Preservation Policy under the Influence of Global Economic Structure

文章通过对个案调查与规划实践经验的分析,审视北台湾历史街区的保存政策以及文化资产保存法与都市计划法令执行中所面临的挑战。在当前全球化经济结构影响下,从理论上分析了北台湾近代历史街区城市遗产保存得以执行的关键。

Through the case investigation and analysis of the planning and practice experience, the challenges in the preservation policy of north Taiwan historical streets and the implementation of cultural assets preservation law and Law on the Planning of Metropolis are surveyed in this article. Under the influence of the present global economic structure, key in the implementation of north Taiwan modern historical streets heritage preservation is analyzed from theoretical aspect.
