城市更新中的文化传承与文化再生

Cultural Inheritance and Cultural Regeneration in Urban Renewal

西方国家在城市更新历程中最大的变革在于从推土机运动到文化再生理念的转变,特别是《华盛顿宪章》所彰显的文化再生理念变革,成为其后各国城市更新和城市文化意象塑造的行动指南。本文以德国鲁尔区的整治为重点范例,分析了文化再生理念主导下的各国城市更新的理念和实践。中国的城市更新正处于从单纯的物质改造向深层次的文化营造过渡的阶段,文化传承和文化再生的价值在理念上逐步被确认。我们在城市文化建设和发展的实践中,需要处理好文化融合和文化认同危机、大众文化与文化再生、"模式复制"和自主创新三个方面的关系问题。

In the urban renewal process of western countries, the largest change lies in the alteration from bulldozer movement to cultural regeneration concept, especially the cultural regeneration revolution reflected from the Washington Charter, which becomes the urban renewal and urban cultural image remodeling guide of various countries. With Germany Ruhr Region as the key example, this article analyzes the concept and practice of urban renewal under the guide of cultural regeneration concept. Urban renewal in China is transferring from simple material reform to deep cultural building, and the value of cultural inheritance and cultural regeneration is gradually acknowledged. In the urban cultural building and practice, we should properly deal with the relations of cultural integration and cultural identity crisis, popular cultural and cultural regeneration, ＂model copy＂ and independent innovation.
