后危机时代:“低碳”打造中国经济发展的新格局

Post-crisis Era:"Low Carbon" Creates a New Pattern of China's Economic Development

中国虽然依靠大规模的经济刺激计划制止了经济的下滑,但依然没有摆脱不合理的经济发展模式。现行的经济发展模式既不符合全球环境保护的要求,对中国自身经济的可持续发展也是不利的。后危机时代,中国应紧抓全球低碳经济发展的机遇,采用转变经济发展方式、构建低碳产业,推行绿色新政,发展碳金融等对策,用低碳经济打造一个可持续发展的经济新格局。

Although China has succeeded in stopping the economic decline through large-scale economic stimulus plan, it still adopts an unreasonable mode of economic development, which not only doesn＇t comply with the requirements of global environmental protection, but also is disadvantageous to the sustainable development of its own economy. Therefore, in the post-crisis era, China should seize the opportunity of the development of a global low-carbon economy, take some countermeasures such as transforming the economic development mode, building low-carbon industry, promoting green New Deal and developing Carbon Finance, etc. to create a new pattern of the sustainable economic development.
