摘要
在构建安徽省统筹城乡发展评估体系,分析安徽省城乡统筹发展水平的基础上,指出了安徽省目前推进城乡统筹发展存在的问题,从政策保障、制度保障、资金保障及产业结构优化战略、城市战略、农村战略和主要抓手等方面,提出了安徽省统筹城乡发展的基本思路。
Based on the construction of an assessment system for the coordination of urban and rural development in Anhui as well as the analysis on the level of Anhui＇s urban and rural coordinated development, the author points out the current problems in promoting the coordinated development of Anhui＇s urban and rural areas. The author also puts forward some suggestions on Anhui＇s urban and rural coordinated development from such aspects as policy guarantee, system guarantee, financial guarantee, industrial structure optimization strategy, city strategy, rural strategy and the key issues in coordinating rural and urban development.
