摘要
基于低频压力脉动是气蚀初生的伴生现象,分析了气蚀初生与出口压力脉动的机理,并对海水液压泵进行了气蚀初生特性的试验研究,通过识别气蚀和内泄对出口压力脉动信号时域和频域3 个特征量的影响,得到了泵的气蚀初生判别规则。
Based on low frequency fluctuation is an important cavitation associated phenomenon, mechanisms of cavitation inception and pump outlet pressure are analyzed. The experimental results of power spectra for sea water hydraulic pump show the affection of cavitation and inner leakage on three character parameters. Some criteria are suggested to distinguish the initiation of cavitation from inner leakage.
