简析欧洲的古城保护及启示

A Brief Analysis of European Ancient City Protection and the Enlightenment

本文借鉴最早实现城市化的欧洲的古城保护经验,提出了在规划上,从片和面的宏观角度来考虑;在微观层面,我们既要保护名人故居,也要保护寻常百姓家;在管理方面,使用行政和法律手段,为古城的保护提供法律保障。同时,在私人住宅的保护方面,可以向欧洲学习,让政府与居民共同努力,形成良性互动。

The ancient city protection experience of earliest European urbanization city is elaborated in this article; accordingly, it is put forth to consider from a macro aspect （i.e., part and whole） on the basis of planning. In the micro aspect, we not only have to protect famous people＇ s ancient residences, but also need to protect common people＇s houses. In the management aspect, administrative and legal means shall be taken to provide legal guarantee for the protection of ancient city. Meanwhile, in the protection of private residences, European experience could be learnt, Government and residents shall make joint efforts so as to form positive interaction.
