历史街区保护整治工程中若干防火技术措施浅析

Brief Analysis on the Fire Protection Measures in the Historical Street Protection& Reconstruction Projects

绍兴七片历史街区中的建筑大多数为木结构和砖木结构的老房子,大片建筑毗连,耐火性能差,火灾隐患比较严重。考虑到历史街区的实际,采用现代的防火技术与传统的防火手段相结合,确保街区居民生命财产安全,是历史街区保护整治工程必须面临的问题。文章结合实践,对绍兴历史街区保护整治工程中的防火安全问题作出了说明。

The buildings in the seven historical streets of Sbaoxing are mostly wooden structure and brick- wood structure houses. The adjoining vast buildings bring about very serious hidden troubles of fire. With the actual conditions of the historical streets taken into consideration, it is a problem facing the protection and reconstruction of the historical streets to combine modern fire protection technology with traditional methods so as to protect the residents＇ life and property safety in the streets. On the basis of practice, the fire protection safety in the protection and reconstruction projects of the historical streets of Shaoxing is elaborated in this paper.
