中国历史文化名城申报与保护管理工作中的“正名”问题

"Name Rectification"in Historical and Cultural City Declaration and Protection Management

为进一步加强中国历史文化名城名镇名村的保护管理,科学合理解决历史文化名城名镇名村的"正名"问题,使历史文化名城名镇名村申报及保护管理工作沿着更加科学、规范、严谨的方向发展,需要做好四方面的工作:一是完善法律法规的相关内容;二是加强部门之间的沟通与协调;三是后续程序的补充完备;四是宣传力度与角度的加大。

In order to further enhance the protection and management of the historical and cultural cities, towns and villages of China, scientifically solve the ＂name rectification＂ problem of historical and cultural cities, towns and villages so that the management of declaration and protection can develop toward a scientific, standard and precise direction, the following four aspects of work should be handled properly： （i） to improve relevant contents of laws and regulations; （ii） to strengthen the communication and coordination between departments; （iii） to supplement subsequent procedures; （iv） to enhance the publication strength and scope.
