城市更新背景下的南京创意产业集聚区研究

Research on Nanjing Innovative Industrial Concentration Area under the Background of City Renewal

在全球化和知识经济的背景下,随着我国城市产业结构调整、城市更新过程的进一步加速,创意产业集聚区在我国各大城市不断涌现,成为塑造后工业化城市地理景观的重要动力之一。本文以南京创意产业集聚区为例,通过对南京创意产业集聚区空间资料的收集和分析,重点探讨南京创意产业集聚区与城市更新的互动过程以及对南京城市更新的积极贡献作用。

Under the background of globalization and knowledge economy, along with the industrial structure adjustment of Chinese cities and further acceleration of city renewal process, innovative industrial concentration areas emerge one after another in various large cities of China, becoming one of the important impetuses for shaping the geographical scene of post-industrial cities. With Nanjing Innovative Industrial Concentration Area as the example and through collecting and comparing the spatial materials of Nanjing Innovative Industrial Concentration Area, this paper focuses on probing into the interaction process of Nanjing Innovative Industrial Concentration Area and city renewal as well as its positive effects on the renewal of the city of Nanjing.
