摘要 介绍了超精密车床控制系统硬件构成及软件功能,并给出了软件工作流程图,讨论了该数控系统所采用的直线插补算法(直接函数法)和圆弧插补算法(二阶递归内接弦线法),给出了插补算法所产生的误差及降低此误差的方法,提出了激光闭环测量误差及机械误差的补偿方法。 The CNC system of ultra precise lathe is the main part of HCM-I ultra precise lathe developed by HIT from 1993. The specification and working flow of the CNC system are introduced and the methods of linear interpolation and circular interpolation are discussed. The interpolation errors and the error decreasing methods are provided. The CNC system compensate the laser measurement errors and mechanical errors which meets the needs of the ultra precise lathe.
