Seeking and Scrutinizing：Research on Rural Public Service System under Administrative Supply Orientation

新中国的成立,开启了我国社会转型的新的历史进程。随着这一进程的发展,我国人民在享有公共服务方面不断取得新的进步。但也毋庸讳言,我国国民所享受的公共服务还是低水平的、不均衡的。最为突出的表现是行政供给导向下农村公共服务供给严重不足,影响和阻碍了农村经济社会的协调发展及和谐社会的建设。为改变这种状况,梳理、审视不同时期农村公共服务供给机制的特征、绩效、困境以及未来发展趋向,则是摆在我们面前的一项具有重大理论价值和现实意义的研究课题。

Since the foundation of the People＇s Republic of China,a new period of social historic transferring,China has been making great progress in the public services.But the public service level still remains low and unbalanced.Among them,the most serious one is the lack of rural public service under the administrative supply orientation,which adversely affects and hinders the harmonious development of rural economy as well as the harmonious social building.How to change the present condition,seek and scrutinize the characteristic,performance,plight route alteration of the rural public service supply system in different time as well as the development trend in the future,presents a research topic with both theoretical and practical significance.
