摘要
以分层实体制造工艺为例,对其扫描加工过程进行了分析,提出了扫描加工过程中扫描机构与加工工具协同工作的3 个基本问题:扫描机构的惯性问题、扫描速度与激光功率的实时匹配、扫描机构与加工工具动作时刻的一致性,并进行了深入分析。在此基础上对扫描加工过程中的扫描方式进行了讨论。
The process of Scanning Manufacturing is an important and kernel process to all kinds of Rapid Prototyping System.Even though,one RP system is quiet different from others,the Scanning Manufacturing process essentially is the cooperation procedure of the scanning device and the manufacturing tools.Taking SSM(Solid Slicing Manufacturing) system for example,the paper analyzes the scanning manufacturing process,and proposes three basic aspects of the cooperation of scanning device and manufacturing tools,and on the basis of aspects the scanning mode of the scanning device in the process is discussed.
