摘要
文章论述了汉译英文化翻译中阐释的重要性，井列举了阐释的各个方面，指出译者应尽可能地在文化翻译中采取适当的翻译策略，使用科学的、可操作的阐释方法，向世界传播中国的传统和历史文化。
Paraphrasing is very important and necessary in Cultural Translation. Using some examples, this article states that the translator should use proper strategy and the scientific paraphrasing method to show Chinese culture and history.
